Bagiokos Panagiotis

He has been working for more than 16 year in the financial sector. He joined in Strategy and Investment Division in 2017 and involved in designing, implementing M&A and NPL transactions processes for AB Group. Also, as a part of his responsibilities, he has monitored the private equity arm of the AB Group and has participated in designing and implementing its new strategy and business model. Previously as an investment officer, Panagiotis had worked in the Investment Banking Division and had involved in various ECM and M&A transactions including among others privatizations. Also, as part of his experience, he had worked in Asset Gathering Division of Alpha Bank, participating in developing investment and saving financial products and services for the Group. Experience in Negotiation, Credit Risk, Banking, M&A – ECM – NPL Transactions and Strategy, Valuation – Financial Analysis and BP, Private Equity, Project Management.
Panagiotis has an MBA from Hellenic Open University, Greece, a Master in finance from Imperial College, London UK and a Bachelor in physics from University of Crete, Greece.
