Gialakidi Penny

Penny Gialakidi is a Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience, skilled in designing and leading learning solutions, people development, resourcing, organizational design, and process improvement. Having worked in 5 different industries in Greece and the UK, she joined Alpha Bank in 2021 as Head of the Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management Function. She holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Nottingham Business School and an MA in Careers Guidance from the University of Reading, England. She is an avid learner, especially interested in matters of equity and inclusion in the workplace.
