Polyzos Nikos

Experienced Private Banking Executive with a demonstrated history in the banking and wealth management industry. Skilled in Business Planning and Strategy, Modelling and Optimising Processes, Asset Management, Network Performance Management, Sales and Marketing.
Nikos is Deputy Manager of the Private Banking Division of Alpha Bank and responsible for the Strategic Design and Business Development of the Division. During the last 20 years, Nikos has led a variety of projects for the private banking segment of the Bank such as the design of the Digital Strategy, the introduction of the Advisory Services across all clients in tandem with the implementation of the MiFID II Directive and the redesign of the Private Banking Operating Model. Nikos has also designed and developed the performance monitoring and evaluation governance as well as the goal setting model, remarkably improving the profitability and the efficiency of the segment.
Nikos also has experience in the stock-exchange industry while he started his carrier from the consulting sector. He holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) with distinction in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School and has studied Mathematics at the University of Athens.
