This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.finquest.gr. By continuing browsing the website you accept the terms of this Policy.

1. What data we collect

To conduct the competition and manage the application forms, ALPHA BANK S.A (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) processes to the extent necessary the personal data of the website visitors/participants (name, surname telephone, e-mail address, cookies, IP address).

2. How do we use your data

We will use your data only when we have a legal basis for it, i.e 1) to participate in the Finquest competition and 2) to pursue our legitimate interests by measuring the traffic and attractiveness of our website.

The purpose of processing is to conduct the competition and pursue our legitimate interests.

4. Who do we share your data with

We will disclose your data to third parties that are bound contractually with us and guarantee the same level of protection, confidentiality and business secrecy. In particular, the advertising and the website’s management company, which will process the data as data processor and its sub- processors, such as the IT and web hosting company.

The Bank will not forward nor process your data for purposes other than those mentioned in this Policy.

Our website includes links to other websites (eg social media) that are not controlled by the Bank. This Policy does not apply to these sites, and we encourage you to visit them directly to learn about their privacy policy.

5. For how long do we keep your data

We will retain your data until the completion of the Finquest competition and for a period up to five years. After such period, the Bank will ensure the safe destruction and / or deletion of your data.

6. Security

The Bank shall take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data on a continuous basis in order to protect them against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and any other form of unfair processing. 

However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment (eg personal computer), software, telecommunication equipment you use is adequately secure and is protected from malware (such as viruses). Please be aware that without adequate security measures there is a risk that your data will be communicated to unauthorized third parties.

In case of submission of a request to exercise your rights, the Bank shall respond to your relevant request within one (1) month. Keep in mind that our response to your aforementioned request is provided free of charge.
